Tracy, the woman who took my call, was genuinely interested in seeing to it that we got the help we so badly needed as soon as possible. Our local Overhead Door group is a fine bunch of people!

I am blown away with the quality and service this company just provided. Within two hours of calling I had a technician out performing the repair. He suggested other repairs necessary, fixed a small issue with a different garage door and completed everything within 35 minutes! And the price was extremely reasonable. The technician was exceptionally courteous and knowledgeable. We will definitely use Overhead Doors from here on out. Thank you Overhead!

OUTSTANDING service from Nate! EXCELLENT, EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Nate assessed our problem, presented options, recommendations, costs and approximate repair time. He made us feel comfortable and encouraged questions. Parts were the issue and would not be available until the next day. We told him we were hopeful he would be doing the repair, but it was going to be his day off. We were elated when the company agreed to let Nate return on Saturday to do all the repairs. These two guys (Sorry I can't recall their names) arrived with big smiles and great attitudes. They very professionally approached my repair and carefully explained each detail of the service call. They diagnosed the issue and explained how to approach it. The necessary part has been ordered.

From the first phone call to the end was nothing less than wonderful. They came out spur of the moment, installed the new door in a couple of days. Could not of had better service. Will recommend them highly.
