Trying to diagnose over the phone was frustrating.  I called Overhead Door and scheduled an appointment for the next morning.  Tech arrived on time and replaced both overhead springs and also adjusted and lubed all of the springs and hinges on both of our garage doors.  He was personable, professional and courteous. He didn't try to sell things that we didn't need or that wouldn't work based on the age of our doors.  Overall, we were pleased and would recommend/use them again.  He fixed what needed to be fixed.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had an molder door jump the track when it ran into something blocking its path. Cable uncoiled, tracks bent, not good. I called Overhead on Friday evening and they had a repair guy come out earl Saturday morning. We had a temporary fix and then a more thorough one on Sunday and also installed a new touch pad and remote. All is working well. I like the quick coordination to repair and replace because doors never break at noon on a workday. Super service and support!

Sean did a great job straightening my bent panel and get everything aligned and working properly.
