Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've used the company for years in the different houses that we've lived in.
They're friendly, reliable, and they explain, and they even show me what they've done without just standing. And pointing, they help this nana, know all that they've done, and they make sure everything is back in place. If they had to move it. They have always come on the day that I would call.
Thank you, overhead, door all you're men. That you send out, always get the job done.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was out of town when my wife called to tell me the garage door would not go up. Trying to diagnose over the phone was frustrating. I called Overhead Door and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Tech arrived on time and replaced both overhead springs and also adjusted and lubed all of the springs and hinges on both of our garage doors. He was personable, professional and courteous. Getting a Military Discount was a bonus. I highly recommend.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Tech was very honest and explained things that we asked. He didn't try to sell things that we didn't need or that wouldn't work based on the age of our doors. Overall, we were pleased and would recommend/use them again. He fixed what needed to be fixed. I believe the techs name was Ken.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The service technician was terrific and professional in every way. He immediately diagnosed the problem and had the door working as it should in less than an hour. I also appreciate the quick response in scheduling the service call. Also the 10% senior citizen discount was appreciated.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had an molder door jump the track when it ran into something blocking its path. Cable uncoiled, tracks bent, not good. I called Overhead on Friday evening and they had a repair guy come out earl Saturday morning. We had a temporary fix and then a more thorough one on Sunday and also installed a new touch pad and remote. All is working well. I like the quick coordination to repair and replace because doors never break at noon on a workday. Super service and support!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I love working with Overhead Door. They were quickly able to come out and repair my garage door. Sean did a great job straightening my bent panel and get everything aligned and working properly. And in talking with people in the office to get things scheduled, etc, I spoke with real people who were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them!
